Ongoing Pool Maintenance Services
Our general services include, but are not limited to:
- Brush and vacuum the pool
- Clean skimmer baskets and waterline tiles
- Backwash filtration system
- Remove of all trash on the on-site facility
- Inspect the filtration equipment
- Monitor, test and adjust water to health department standards
Pool Openings:
- Plan 1 – Remove winter plugs, reinstall return fittings and equipment plugs, start up equipment and circulation system, test for proper operation*, and removal of Safety Mesh cover, and install ladder and handrail. $350.00
- Plan 2 – Includes all of Plan 1 plus chemicals.** $449.00
- Spa Opening – Remove cover, clean, fill spa and start up equipment. $200.00(only spa)
- Attached Spa Opening – Remove cover, clean fill spa and start up equipment. $100.00

-BLOWING OFF LEAVES FROM POOL DECK AREA
-LOWERING POOL WATER TO RECOMMENDED LEVEL
-BLOWING OUT WATER FROM UNDERGROUND PIPES AND POOL FILTRATION SYSTEM
-CLEANING/VACUUMING POOL FOR UP TO 30 MIN
-HOSING OFF FILTER ELEMENTS ( D.E OR CARTRIDGE)
-ADDING WINTER KIT
-INSTALLING POOL COVER
